1. Eligibility
- Users must be 13 years or older to participate.
- By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- Fluxpara Esports reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
2. User Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
- Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
- Sharing or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
3. Tournament Registration & Participation
- Tournament slots are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Entry fees, once paid, are non-refundable (refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
- Players must join matches on time with correct in-game details.
- Failure to join on time may result in automatic disqualification without refund.
4. Fair Play & Conduct
- Cheating, hacking, use of mods, emulators (if not allowed), or exploiting bugs is strictly prohibited.
- Toxic behavior, abusive language, or harassment toward players or organizers will not be tolerated.
- Any violation may result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, or permanent ban.
5. Match Results & Decisions
- All match results declared by Fluxpara Esports are final.
- In case of disputes, players must provide valid proof (screenshots/recordings).
- The final decision will rest with the Fluxpara Esports admin team.
6. Prizes & Rewards
- Prize money will be distributed only after verification of match results and player details.
- Players must provide correct payment details (UPI/bank).
- Fluxpara Esports is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect user information.
7. Cancellations & Modifications
- Fluxpara Esports reserves the right to:
- Cancel or reschedule tournaments
- Modify rules, prize pools, or schedules
- In case of cancellation, refunds or alternatives will be provided as per policy.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on Fluxpara Esports (logos, text, graphics) is owned by Fluxpara Esports.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Fluxpara Esports is not responsible for:
- Internet issues, server crashes, or device failures
- Game developer bans or penalties
- Participation is at the user’s own risk.
10. Termination of Access
- Fluxpara Esports may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if terms are violated.
- No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
11. Third-Party Games & Platforms
- Fluxpara Esports is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game developers unless stated.
- All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
12. Privacy
- User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
14. Changes to Terms
- Fluxpara Esports may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
