1. Tournament Entry Fees
- All tournament entry fees are non-refundable once payment is completed.
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Player disqualification due to rule violations
- Failure to join a match on time
- Internet, device, or technical issues from the participant’s side
- Wrong details entered by the participant (Game ID, email, etc.)
2. Match Cancellation or Postponement
Refunds may be issued only if:
- A tournament or match is cancelled by Fluxpara Esports
- A match is not conducted due to technical or administrative reasons from our side
In such cases, Fluxpara Esports may:
- Provide a full refund, or
- Offer wallet credit or free entry to a future tournament
The final decision rests with Fluxpara Esports.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
- If a user is charged twice for the same tournament, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
- Users must report duplicate payments within 48 hours of the transaction.
4. Digital Services & Online Content
- All digital services, online events, and downloadable content are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Any chargeback raised without contacting Fluxpara Esports support may result in:
- Account suspension or ban
- Disqualification from future tournaments
We strongly recommend contacting our support team first.
7. Policy Changes
Fluxpara Esports reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
